Tax Deductible Donation CAPA

Below are the instructions for how to make a tax deductible donation please visit the link below once you have read the instructions.

Step 1: Open the CAPA Donation Page

Click the link above titled "CAPA Partnered Link"

Step 2: Select Your Donation Amount

Choose one of the suggested donation amounts, or
Enter your desired donation amount in the Amount Required ($) field.

Step 3: Choose One-Time or Recurring

If you would like to make a recurring donation, select:
- "Click here if you would like to make a recurring donation instead."
Otherwise, continue with a one-time donation.

Step 4: Anonymous Donation (Optional)

If you would like your name to remain anonymous, select Yes under:
- Would you like to remain anonymous?

Step 5: Program Recognition

Under "How would you like to be listed in our program?" enter the name you would like CAPA to use if they recognize your donation.

Step 6: Gift Dedication

Please leave the entire Gift Dedication section blank. Do not enter any information in this section.

Step 7: Name

Please leave the Name field blank.

Step 8: Additional Notes

In the Additional Notes field, enter the following exactly:

String Impact Fund

Step 9: Planned Giving (Optional)

If you would like information about planned giving opportunities, select Yes. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.

Step 10: Employer Matching (Optional)

If your employer offers charitable donation matching, select Yes and complete any additional information required by your employer. Otherwise, select No.

Step 11: Review Your Donation

Before submitting, verify that:

Your donation amount is correct.
Your contact information is accurate.
The Gift Dedication section is blank.
The Additional Notes field says String Impact Fund.

Step 12: Add to Cart

Click Add to Cart to add your donation to your shopping cart.

Step 13: Proceed to Checkout

You will be automatically taken to your shopping cart. Review your donation and click Checkout.

Step 14: Sign In or Create a CAPA Account

You will be prompted to:

Step 15: Complete Your Purchase

Enter your payment information and any remaining required details. Review your donation one final time, then submit your payment to complete your donation to the String Impact Fund.
